GCS handles planning, coordination and the agreed implementation. Licensed professionals you appoint directly provide legal and tax advice in your current and target countries. We involve your existing advisers and document responsibilities, records and open questions together.

I am Florian Rieger and I founded Global Capital Strategy. I work with entrepreneurs from Germany, Austria and Switzerland who want to form a company abroad or move their residence, and I am your contact from the first question to the handover. I run my own business through a US LLC myself. Our line is simple: settle residence and goal first, then form the company, with a fixed quote up front, with official sources and an open as-of date. Legal and tax advice comes from the licensed professionals you engage directly. I make sure they receive every document in a form they can work with.
