Working together

A clear engagement. Step by step.

Three calls come first: a free introductory call, and two paid ones whose fee is credited against a commission. Then we agree what to plan and implement, who is involved and the fees for that work.

Introductory call

FreeIntroductory call · 15 minutes

For anyone speaking to us for the first time.

  • We establish whether your plans fit what we do.
  • You learn which step comes next.
  • And which details and documents are still missing for it.

Not includedNo assessment of your individual case and no recommendation — there is no time for either.

Structuring call

€299Structuring call · 30 minutes · excl. VAT

For plans involving a change of residence, shareholdings or several countries. If you only need a fixed-price package, the introductory call is usually enough.

  • We put your situation and the decisions ahead of you in order.
  • Afterwards you receive a one-page written assessment: recommendation, open questions, next steps.
  • You know which package applies to you and what it costs.

Not includedNot legal or tax advice. That comes from licensed professionals you appoint directly.

Credited in full against a formation, banking or relocation package for six months. Not against website or automation projects.

Concept call

€499Concept call · 60 minutes · excl. VAT

For website and automation projects. Bring your current presence — or one recurring task from your working week.

  • We look at your material and agree the scope.
  • Afterwards you receive a concept with a fixed-price quote: page structure and visual language for websites, a process map for automation.
  • You can accept the quote or have the concept built by someone else.

Not includedNo design work and no prototype yet. That is the commissioned part that follows.

Credited in full against the commissioned website or automation project for six months.

1. The call

Tell us your current residence, business model and timeframe. The free introductory call establishes whether your plans fit our services and which information is still needed; assessing your individual case is explicitly not part of it. That is what the two paid calls above are for, and their fee is credited against a later commission. The introductory call commissions no paid work.

2. Commissioned planning

We agree the scope and fee for detailed planning in advance. A prepared strategy session of up to 90 minutes helps organise your current position and the decisions ahead. You receive a written overview of the target structure, open professional questions and next steps with responsibilities.

3. Implementation

Using the plan, we agree the specific implementation tasks and fees. GCS coordinates the agreed formation, banking or relocation processes and records progress. Handover includes the documents and a calendar of the ongoing obligations identified.

4. Ongoing support by agreement

After handover, we can coordinate filings, renewals and changes. The engagement identifies the tasks covered and who is responsible. Additional work, such as another location or a new website, is agreed separately.

For entrepreneurs in the DACH region

We support entrepreneurs from Germany, Austria and Switzerland who want to work internationally or change an existing structure. Your current residence and place of management are therefore part of planning from the start. German rules cannot be assumed to apply to Austrian or Swiss circumstances.

Roles and responsibilities

GCS handles planning, coordination and the agreed implementation. Licensed professionals you appoint directly provide legal and tax advice in the relevant countries. You make the business decisions; banks and authorities decide on the applications submitted to them.
