Individual offerings on this website may be subject to differing or additional terms. Where that is the case we say so at the relevant point; otherwise these terms apply.

6. Paid calls and credit

The structuring call and the concept call are paid services. The amounts stated are net; any VAT depends on the client’s place of establishment and business status. The fee is payable before the appointment, and the appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. The offer is addressed to businesses.

The fee is credited in full against a subsequent commission placed within six months of the call: the structuring call against a formation, banking or relocation package, the concept call against the website or automation project developed from it. The credit applies once per call, is not transferable and is not paid out. If no commission follows, there is no right to a refund; the agreed service — the call and the written work that follows it — has then been delivered.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before they begin. After that the fee is treated as used unless agreed otherwise. These calls cover structuring, coordination and implementation; they do not constitute legal or tax advice under the applicable professional rules. The free introductory call creates no engagement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
